Dog Friendly Policy
One large or two small well behaved dogs are welcome at the cottage. Although the rear car port and patio area is fenced and gated, guests are reminded that this is a semi rural area and farm animals are often present in the adjacent fields, so dogs should be controlled at all times.
Dogs are allowed the run of the cottage downstairs but are not allowed in the upstairs bedrooms or on the furniture in the living room. There is an ideal sleeping area in the large rear entrance lobby between the kitchen and bathroom, which also has a storage heater for colder nights.
Smoking Policy
We would ask guests to smoke outside the cottage in the rear patio area.
